VOLUNTEERING AT THE SGCAB

A vibrant organisation needs interested and engaged staff. In return for your commitment, you will develop skills in office administration, interviewing, telephone technique, tourism and more. Because the SGCAB is an accredited organisation, volunteering here can count towards job search obligations for those receiving government benefits.

Throughout year, the SGCAB provides comprehensive training in Community Support work for new recruits via an online course. Being multi-faceted in nature, the training course will prove challenging for some. This is necessary, as we're looking for candidates who can handle a wide range of situations presented by the diverse cohort who visit the bureau throughout the year.
