Volunteering

The Bureau needs interested and engaged staff. In return for your commitment, you will develop skills in office administration, interviewing, telephone technique, tourism and more. 

 

Since then it is an accredited organisation, volunteering here can count towards job search obligations for those receiving government benefits.

The Bureau provides comprehensive training in Community Support for new recruits via an online course (funded by the Bureau). The course aims to provide volunteers with the skills necessary to handle a diverse range of situations which may arise whilst working at the Bureau.
